By using BrickToLink or contacting us for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Description
BrickToLink provides a done-for-you service that converts real estate project PDFs or shared materials into a single-page project website.
We do not guarantee sales, leads, or conversions.
Payment Terms
- Pricing is per project, charged once at the time of creation.
- Payments are required before or at the start of work
- Each project page includes 45 days of active hosting from the date of delivery.
- Hosting extensions are optional and charged separately.
- Prices and features may change in the future for new projects.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Revisions Policy
- Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions
- Additional revision rounds are chargeable
- Revisions must be related to existing content unless agreed otherwise
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is within 24 hours, depending on project complexity and responsiveness.
Delays may occur if required materials are incomplete.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and lawful content
- Ensure they have rights to use provided images and materials
- Review delivered work promptly
Hosting & Availability
Project pages are hosted and maintained by BrickToLink. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Termination
BrickToLink reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of misuse, unlawful content, or non-cooperation.
Limitation of Liability
BrickToLink shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Lead losses
- Revenue expectations
- Third-party actions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
