By using BrickToLink or contacting us for services, you agree to the following terms.
Our Service
BrickToLink helps real estate brokers and channel partners turn property details (WhatsApp messages, images, or PDFs) into clean, mobile-friendly sales pages that can be shared with buyers.
We focus on presentation and clarity. We do not guarantee leads, conversions, or sales outcomes.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on active project slots purchased by the client.
- Each slot allows one active project at a time.
- Payments must be made before or at the start of work.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Prices and features may change for future purchases.
Active Slots & Project Replacement
Each purchased slot allows one project to be active at a time.
If a property is sold or no longer needed, the client can request to replace it with a new project. Replacement requests may be subject to additional charges based on current pricing.
Revisions
- Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions.
- Additional revisions may be charged separately.
- Revisions apply to the same project unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is within 24 hours after receiving complete details.
Delays may occur if the provided information is incomplete or requires clarification.
Hosting & Availability
Project pages are hosted and managed by BrickToLink.
Pages remain active while the client is actively using them. We may periodically check in regarding continued usage.
Pages are not removed without prior communication.
While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful project information.
- Ensure rights to use all shared content (images, text, etc.).
- Review delivered pages and request changes promptly.
BrickToLink does not verify project details and is not responsible for inaccuracies.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of misuse, unlawful content, or non-cooperation.
Limitation of Liability
BrickToLink is not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Missed leads or opportunities
- Revenue expectations
- Third-party actions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
